By accessing or using Hangar 28's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Hangar 28 provides local AI hardware, software, and managed services. Our services include on-premises AI infrastructure, containerized inference solutions, and optional managed support packages.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
- Use our services to transmit harmful or malicious content
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Hardware Purchases
Hardware purchases are subject to our standard sales terms. Upon full payment, ownership of hardware transfers to you. Hardware comes with a limited warranty as specified in your purchase agreement.
Managed Services
Optional managed service plans (MSP) are billed on a recurring basis as specified in your service agreement. Either party may terminate managed services with 30 days written notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of Hangar 28 or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hangar 28 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hangar 28 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
